1) How can I get the addresses and telephone numbers of the stores?

From the Customer Services Hotline number 0800 219 01 08 (Between 08:30 - 17:30 on weekdays) or www.linens.com.tr and info-linens@zorlu.com you can get this information.

2) What is Taç Card?

Taç Card is a discount and advantage card taken from LINENS stores.

3) What are the advantages of Taç Card?

Taç Card provides a 5% discount to our customers shopping from our stores with Taç Card and also gives the right to get the LINENS surprise gifts on special days.

4) How can we get a Taç Card?

You can get it by filling the forms in all LINENS stores.

5) How can I change products?

Our customers can change products within fifteen days of the invoice date from any LINENS store.

Within 15 days of the invoice date the prices of the returned products are paid back and if the payment is made with a credit card, the amount is deducted from the records and you can buy any product you like instead.

Products that are not in their original packages can't be changed.

6) What are the payment choices?
